Corporate & Workplace Yoga
In today’s fast-paced world, rising stress levels often leave the body and mind functioning below par, leading to burnout, anxiety, and dysfunctional breathing which directly influences performance, productivity, mental clarity, and ultimately employee retention.
The shift to remote work has increased the risk of sedentary lifestyles and feelings of isolation, which can take a toll on mental wellbeing. Desk work is a risk factor for low back pain (c12 million days lost annually), in part caused by tight hips, weak glutes and neck forward posture, culminating in overall poor posture. This impedes the body’s ability to breathe functionally impacting how stress is handled.
Fortunately, these detrimental effects can be alleviated through yoga, functional breathing training, mindfulness.

What they say...
“I love the small intimate group, where you make people feel welcome from day 1 and show a genuine interest for each individual wellbeing. This creates a nice connection, a warm and friendly atmosphere.
As I sit a lot due to my work it is great to stretch, and the breathing and relaxation at the end generates a great sense of relaxation. Something I need to feel well.
The session is like a reset for me in the week. It really helps with stress regulation.”

“I find the stretching is really good for me as I sit hunched up at a desk all day. Any work where we are using our core or glutes I can feel the next day or 2 so it’s obviously helping.
It’s also an hour away from housework and chores and is really relaxing towards the end of a busy work week.
I like the small classes and no judgement as I have never done yoga and am also quite self conscious about my weight.

“My favourite thing about our yoga is you. I love your voice and practice, it is not too hard, very relaxing and thought provoking.
I love balance exercises and hips focus, and the meditation/relaxation element as well.
I like our little community and that you are not too serious and always happy to have a giggle.
I like information sharing about menopause (from you and from girls) and general chat about menopause.”
