I offer a variety of therapeutic practices based on your individual needs within a person-centred, co-creative space.
Through the lens of movement, breathwork, and somatic yoga therapy, you will gently explore what makes you uniquely human across your physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual layers.
These intricately woven layers of yourself are all part of the mind-body connection which often becomes disconnected in response to life’s challenges, whether that is due to illness, chronic stress, trauma, chronic pain, injury, autoimmune conditions, and so on. The body and mind hold stories and perceptions of these experiences within the nervous system shaping predictive patterns such as how quickly the brain-body system reacts, what it prepares for, whether it feels safe or not. These patterns may show up as physical tension, increased heart rate, startle responses, gut reactions, posture.
These sessions are designed to develop self-regulation skills and bridge the gap between emotional experiences and, often fear-based, bodily responses. Cultivating interoceptive skills is an important step in integrating the two and reducing the stress response.

Through a tailored approach blending Western science and Eastern philosophy, you will build a toolbox of somatic-based practices within a co-creative space. Somatic work is a gentle, body-centred approach that helps you process stress and trauma by working with your nervous system, not against it. Through breath, movement (yoga focused), and mindful awareness of physical sensations, you’ll learn to tune into your body’s signals, build resilience, and restore a sense of safety from the inside out.
Aside from a more resilient nervous system, these holistic techniques can improve immune function, provide support for musculoskeletal issues, and improve cardiovascular, brain and metabolic health.

Follow‑up Session — 60 minutes

A shorter session that still allows us to work with depth and intention.

• A personalised home practice to help you integrate what we explore and build consistency between sessions
I believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy. I engage with who is in front of me and co-create sessions based on individual’s needs, and tailor it as those needs change and evolve.
