CCB: The Body is the Way

Often the most powerful way into the nervous system is not through the mind, but through the body.
This breathwork session is an invitation into your body; moving beyond the overthinking mind and into a deeper felt sense of yourself. Through conscious connected breathing, you can soften the emotional armour the body has built in response to life experiences.
Emotional armour can show up as physical tension, overreactivity, emotional shutdown, anger, sadness, or disconnection from yourself and others. These responses are not weaknesses, they are intelligent protective patterns created by your nervous system to keep you safe.
CCB faciliates the softening of any resistance the body, often unknowingly, holds onto, and helps shift stuck energy held beneath the surface. Emotions and/or physical sensations may arise, and I will guide you to meet them with awareness and compassion rather than judgement.
The breath becomes a bridge, crossing you over from the thinking mind and into deeper brainwave states associated with meditation, emotional release, and restoration.
This is a space to reconnect with the language of your body, soften what no longer needs to be held so tightly, and return to yourself with greater presence, openness, and ease.

Where Consciousness meets Resonance: Creating a bridge between inner and outer reality.
Join this beautifully immersive experience where Conscious Connected Breathing awakens the nervous system through a continuous, circular rhythmic breath, and brings the practitioner into altered states of consciousness through the shift in CO2 levels. The Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls, through their frequencies and vibrations, will bring resonance and alignment, acting as a portal between the internal landscape of thoughts and emotions and the external physical auric field.
The vibrational energy of the crystal bowls help create a container for your experience as you enter the practice through a guided meditation and preparatory breathwork. As you gently merge into the active breathing stage a carefully curated playlist will support your journey into deeper states of awareness. Studies show, during CCB, there are increases in theta and delta brainwaves which are associated with meditation, light and deep sleep respectively, emotional release and dream-like states. As you ease out of CCB and into integration, the Sound will reemerge and act as a bridge to help dissolve the boundaries between the self and the external world and cultivate a deep sense of bliss.
