I do love to collaborate with other fantastic practitioners from sound bath facilitators, forest bathing guides, to myofascial specialists. There are always wonderful options to explore. If you have an offering in this field, please do contact me for a potential collaboration.

Walton Community Centre (or outside weather dependent!)

Local yoga teachers, Hannah, Bev and I have joined forces to create a local community where we gather for an hour’s practice of movement, breathwork and relaxation, and leave feeling part of a community which increases connection and a sense of support for one another.​
