What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga therapy is a holistic approach which supports the individual within a therapeutic relationship based on personal needs and goals. Utilising various modalities, such as yoga, somatic exploration, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, balance and strength training, the whole body is considered within the complex interplay of mind, body and spirit and the external world.
