I offer a variety of therapeutic practices based on your individual needs within a person-centred, co-creative space. These sessions are designed to develop self-regulation skills and bridge the gap between emotional experiences and, often fear-based, bodily responses. Cultivating interoceptive skills is an important step in integrating the two.

Somatic therapy is a gentle, body-centred approach that helps you release stress and trauma by working with your nervous system, not against it. Through breath, movement (yoga focused), and mindful awareness of physical sensations, you’ll learn to tune into your body’s signals, build resilience, and restore a sense of safety from the inside out.

Conscious Connected Breathing

Your breath is your superpower — and Conscious Connected Breathing is where transformation begins. When you learn to breathe efficiently and intentionally, you unlock a powerful mind-body reset: releasing stored tension, calming stress responses, boosting energy, and building true nervous system resilience. This dynamic, circular breathwork practice helps you access clarity, emotional release, and deeper intuition, creating space for lasting change from the inside out.

I regularly runs a variety of events in the UK and yearly retreats abroad. What you can expect:

    • Events can run from 2 hours to full days
    • Retreats are weekends in the UK or a week abroad
